DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

STEPPPS is built by STBL Creative. You can permanently delete your STEPPPS account and all of its data at any time, directly in the app.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Open the STEPPPS app and sign in.
  2. Tap SETTINGS (bottom of the home screen).
  3. Scroll to the ACCOUNT section.
  4. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no undo.

WHAT GETS DELETED

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account and email address
  • Your step history, daily goals, and activity records
  • Your team memberships and display name
  • Your app preferences (notification and display settings)

Step and activity data read from Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iOS) lives in those systems, not in STEPPPS — deleting your STEPPPS account does not affect it. You control that data in Health Connect or Apple Health directly.

DATA RETENTION

Your account data is deleted from our active systems immediately. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. We do not retain your personal data after deletion beyond this period.

CAN'T ACCESS THE APP?

If you can't sign in to delete your account yourself, email privacy@steppps.app from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
